• We are able to ship anywhere within the United States.
• Orders ship Monday-Friday.
• Some items within your order may ship separately.
• We do provide shipping time estimations for all of our products. We will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping lead times are all estimations and we cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time. We encourage you to ship all items to a permanent address in order to ensure a successful delivery.


Up-to-date UPS shipping charges can be accessed online at www.framedisplays.com. Items such as large acrylic panels, large eyewear displays and furniture pieces that can not ship with UPS will be shipped with a freight company. Please be advised that additional charges may apply for all freight shipments. All freight pieces will be shipped ready-to-assemble.


We partner with DHL Worldwide Express for all international shipments.


Smaller orders not including larger panels and furniture pieces are dispatched within 3-5 business days in most cases and typically take up to 10 days for delivery. Please note that local customs may hold your package, potentially causing delivery delays.


Shipping fees for international orders vary by destination country and are calculated once you enter your address during checkout.


Once your package leaves our warehouses, all shipping responsibility lies with DHL Worldwide Express in your country.

Some countries may impose customs duties and taxes upon delivery, which are the customer's responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the cost, as customs policies and import duties differ by country. Customers are fully responsible for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Please check with your local DHL Express service before placing an order.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, it becomes the customer's responsibility. CNS Frame Displays cannot issue refunds for lost or stolen packages after delivery. If your package goes missing, you must file a claim. For assistance, please contact us via our contact page form.


All international shipments require a signature upon delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.



• Economy/Ground Shipping can take 5-7 business days to be delivered after tracking has been updated.
• Standard Shipping can take 4-6 business days to be delivered after tracking has been updated.
• We do the best to ensure your delivery arrives on time, however delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date.
• HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFORMATION: Please note that all delivery information is listed on each individual product page. Please keep in mind that the last day to order for delivery by Christmas varies per product and assumes fastest shipping method at checkout.


An email with tracking information will be sent to you once your order has shipped.


Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined and will ship separately.


Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address.


We are unable to change or update a shipping address once an order has been placed. Please be sure to check your shipping details prior to submitting your order.


We are able to ship most of our products to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses. When completing your Shipping Address during checkout, please make note of the following.

• The City must be entered as either "APO" or "FPO".
• The State must be selected as either "AA" "AE" or "AP".
• The country must be United States.
• You must enter your Zip code.
• Always remember to enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number.

Please note: orders shipped to an APO/FPO address take longer to be delivered. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your package to arrive.



Alcohol, acetone and other chemically based cleaning products will damage acrylic and other display products. Please use water or mineral spirits ONLY. Dusting without chemicals is often sufficient.


When a shipping company accepts a shipment from CNS Frame Displays, they are acknowledging that shipment is not damaged and it was packaged appropriately. At the time you receive your shipment, any damage or loss of items is the responsibility of the individual shipping company. Please be aware of the following upon receipt of your shipment:

• Examine your order when it arrives. You have 10 days to report damage to the products.
• If you notice damage immediately on the outside of the box or if you find damage after opening the shipment, notify CNS Frame Displays im mediately at: 877-274-9300 or 703-435-7770.
• We can often be of assistance in tracking portions of and/or missing shipments.
• NO returns will be accepted, credit given or damaged items replaced, unless CNS Frame Displays has been notified.
• If not instructed to do so by the shipping company or CNS Frame Displays, please do not discard any shipping materials as they may be needed to return products or the shipment may need to be inspected with all materials intact.


Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with an item:

• Please return the merchandise in its original condition within 30 days (from date goods are received).
• Please call for your RMA number. We will not accept any goods without this number.
• We cannot provide refunds for scratched or abused displays.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all returns.
• All shipping costs for returns are your responsibility.
• Customized items are not eligible for return, but may be eligible for exchange if you receive prior approval.


Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday 9:00am - 5pm EST. If you submit a contact form over the weekend, our customer service team will contact you the following Monday.

CNS Frame Displays extends full manufacturers' warranties on all goods in accordance with factory guidelines based on normal commercial use. Any items not specifically stated below are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects and will be handled in accordance with factory guidelines and timeframes. Warranty does not cover damages to any product due to abuse, misuse, or any freight mishandling. In order to determine the most effective resolution to any warranty claim we will require pictures that demonstrate the warranty claim to be provided by you to CNS Frame Displays:

• Imported Locking Rods from Germany and the Netherlands are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery. Warranty is void if product is used outdoors or damaged through abuse.
• Acrylic Display and Acrylic Panel Products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship and against structural damage incurred through normal commercial use for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery
• Metallic Display Hardware are warranted for a period of 2 years from the date of shipment against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover damages to products due to abuse, misuse, or any freight mishandling.
• All Wooden Furniture and Display Products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal commercial use, for a period of 2 years. This warranty will not apply to damage arising from neglect, accidental or intentional damage, exposure to extremes in temperature or humidity, or misuse of the product.
• LED Lighting, General Lighting and Transformers are warranted for a period of one year to be free of any manufacturing defects. Should any products be determined to be defective as a result of defects caused by factory, CNS Frame Displays will either replace or repair said products at no charge, at our discretion.
• LED Light Boxes are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one year from date of purchase.
